Galena Pro Strength Features:
Solid Build
The combination of high quality parts and experienced workmanship ensures a strong all round build. This model offers a solid high gauge steel tubing frame, multi-stage electrostatic powder coat paint, 3.5” fiberglass reinforced nylon sealed ball bearing and internally lubricated 7 x 19 strand 2000 lb tensile strength cables. As well as 1” thick 
precision milled EZ glide nylon bushings on weights and double stitched heavy gauge vinyl that covers extremely dense foam on the upholstery.
Dual-Function Pec Dec
This machine provides you with the ability to do traditional pec dec flys which use bent elbows against pads, as well as dumbbell style flys. The dumbbell style flys can be done by using the handles and swinging outward to chest height and then pressing forward together. This segment of the machine allows range of motion adjustment and the option to do rear delt flys is an excellent addition.
Optional Leg Press
Although it doesn’t come as standard it is undoubtedly a must if you want a complete home gym. The leg press gives the ability to use a lower body compound exercise as well as being able to train your calf muscles. This option is comfortable, space saving and gives 300lbs of resistance. The foot plate is adjustable for the convenience of any size user.
Low Pulley Station
The low pulley station on the Galena Pro is easy to access and allows plenty of room to do larger exercises such as glute kickbacks, bicep curls, lateral raises and low rows.
Press/Pull Station
The press and pull station is adjustable allowing for a variety of ways to train your muscles, this also makes it very customizable for different size users. You will be able to perform classic exercises such as incline presses, bench press, shoulder press and mid rows.
Corner Design

Does this come with the 200lbs weight stack?
Yes, it does come as standard with options to increase the weight. It’s a good amount of weight and feels strong and sturdy throughout.
Does this come with cable attachments?
Yes, although the traditional rope cable attachment is an added extra.
Can the weights be used by more than one person at a time?
No, this machine is designed to be used by a single user.
Does it come with weight shrouds?
Weight shrouds cover the weight stack for safety and aesthetic purposes, this is also an optional extra with BodyCraft.
What is the height of the machine?
The height of this machine is 81.75”.
What is the length of this machine?
The length of this machine is 58” but with the optional leg press 92”.
What is the width of this machine?
The width of this machine is 72”.
What does the warranty cover?
As this machine is built to last it covers a lifetime of home use.
What are the additional options available?
There are various options you can add to your machine:
- Leg Press Option – This has a resistance of up to 300lbs, it bolts onto the front of the pec dec seat, it is fully adjustable for all users
- Weight Stack Shrouds – These additions offer a powdered finish for looks but it also acts as an extra safety measure by keeping the weight stack enclosed to reduce the chance of harm to fingers
- Triceps Rope – Couples with a heavy-duty chrome plated swivel and ergonomic solid rubber hand stops. This is a commercially rated product.
- 5Lb Add-On Weight – Gives the option for in between increments of weights, this addition interlocks with the top plate so that it doesn’t slip or fall off. It is coated with a durable baked on powder coat finish.
You can also add your own accessories to pimp your home gym.
How strong are the pulleys?
The pulleys are 3.5” diameter fiberglass reinforced nylon and have a very high tensile strength. They are built to last.
What kind of workouts can I do on the Galena Pro?
With the combination of fixed resistance machines as well as cables you will be able to perform traditional strength workouts as well as more functional styles. You can increase the efficiency of your workouts by adding in bodyweight exercises around the machine.
An example of a strength routine may be using the large compound movements such as leg press, chest press, lat pulldown and shoulder presses for a rep range of 4-8 and a set range of 3-6. For a more functional workout you could perform press ups, squats, lunges with some cable exercises in between such as bicep curls, triceps extensions and cable flys.
What is the total weight of the box?
When delivered the box will be 493lbs, you will need someone to help you put this machine together if you’re not purchasing additional services to help you put this together.
How much is the optional leg press machine and is it worth it?
The leg press extra is about $400, in our opinion this is a worthwhile addition. Having the option to use a 
compound movement with weight for the legs can help build muscle, strength and burn fat a lot faster than a workout without this option.
How much is the optional stack guard?
The stack guard costs around $120 which we think is quite expensive. This machine works effectively without this but if you have young children or are accident prone you should probably invest for safety reasons.
How much are the 5lb add-on weights?
The 5lb increments are around $30, they are a convenient addition to the machine allowing you to be more accurate in your loading of exercises.
How much is the triceps rope add-on?
The triceps rope add-on is around $30, this will give you a high duty and great quality rope. Although you may be able to find used ones cheaper online or even used ones on eBay.
How is BodyCraft’s customer service?
BodyCraft have some great reviews on their customer service, after care for rare problems and aftermarket purchases seem to be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Is this machine sturdy enough for strong users?
Yes, this machine can be used efficiently by large strong users without shaking or breaking.
How long does assembly take?
We would recommend a minimum of two people to build this machine, it can take approximately two hours to build and up to three and a half if you are taking your time. Instruction will come with delivery and it can be assembled with basic tools. In our opinion it is always a good idea to purchase services to build this for you if you are inexperienced at doing so. Does it come with any other extras?
BodyCraft have added a workout poster which is delivered with this model, the poster shows all the ways you can utilize the machine with a variety of exercises.
Are the pads and seat comfortable?
Yes, the pads are of high quality and are stitched well.

If you’re looking for a strong versatile machine that can fit into a corner in your home, you won’t find any other machine that beats the Galena Pro in its price range. Treated properly it can last a lifetime and as this machine has been going for so long parts are very easy to find if you need them. Plus, there is a large online community to help you with any problems that may arise.
To improve this machine a few of the options should come as standard, especially the stack guard which is needed for extra safety. The triceps rope is usually added free with this type of machine and for an extra cost of $30 it’s a surprise they don’t just make this free.
Taking all things into consideration the Galena Pro is still a great value for money home gym, you will not regret this investment in your health.
